The Company

Our client is an established high street retailer who is well regarded for delivering great value ladies, men’s and children’s clothing. They are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join their busy team.

Marketing Manager - The Role:

  • With the Head of Marketing create the vision for the ongoing development of the Brand and communications strategy.
  • Art direct seasonal photoshoots
  • Implement and manage the trade marketing calendar and ensuring innovative campaigns.
  • Responsible for analysing the performance of marketing campaigns and champion future campaigns from previous results.
  • Working closely with the e-commerce and digital marketing teams to ensure one tone of voice across all touch points.
  • Ensure the marketing team delivers effective store and local marketing communication activity in line with the business strategy.
  • Provide guidance for store and local marketing activity.
  • Manage budgets and work closely with external agencies.
  • Planning, organizing and executing new product and packaging development, retail launches and events, PR and social channels, on and offline communications
  • Manage the work stream between Peacocks and Imprint
  • Work closely with retail operations to ensure consistency of brand across the stores.
  • Oversee a team of marketing specialists, providing guidance and support within their area and providing opportunities for them to grow and development

    Marketing Manager - The Candidate:

  • Have a B2C background and full knowledge of the marketing mix
  • be adept in brand, product, digital, communications, content, CRM
  • be able to work with multiple touch points and stakeholders (internal & external)
  • ideally have worked in a retail business that has an ecommerce offering
  • be analytical and comfortable with using data to provide commercial insight
  • Budget and cost analysis experience
  • Project management experience
  • Experience running large scope projects with cross-over departments
