Our client has two womenswear brands. One of understated luxury, taking influence from fashion and the wider art world and crafting clothes in beautiful natural fabrics. The other offers unique designs with a modern bohemian, cool-girl vibe. The main markets for both brands are the US, UK and Germany. Their Customer Success team is at the heart of everything they do. No cold calling or selling products—instead, they build lasting relationships by providing exceptional support across every customer touchpoint. Customer Success Specialist - The Role:
• Providing outstanding customer support to customers in the UK, Germany and the US via phone, email, live chat and social media.
• Resolving customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Creating and maintaining customer accounts.
• Following up with customers to ensure queries are fully resolved.
• Working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver the best possible customer experience.
• Sharing customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
• Representing the voice and values of Wrap London and Poetry Fashion in every interaction.
Customer Success Specialist - The Candidate:
• Fluent German and excellent English language skills (written and spoken).
• Previous customer service experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills.
• A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers.
• The ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• The right to work in the UK.
Customer Success Specialist - The Package:
• Salary £26,000 to £31,000, depending on experience and language skills.
