Job Description

Our client is a family owned, fast growing business based in Leicester.  They are also Europe's largest licensed apparel and accessories suppliers to high street and online fashion retailers. They are now looking for an Office Administrator to join their team.  The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm.

Office Administrator - The Role

  • Working across multi departments in this fast paced fashion supplier
  • Answering of incoming calls and reception duties
  • Ordering of the general office supplies
  • Receiving post and parcel deliveries.
  • Booking in parcels received via couriers 
  • Expenses
  • Assist team with various general admin duties
  • Other duties as required.

Office Administrator - The Candidate
​​​​​​

  • A minimum of 1 years commercial experience
  • Must have worked within a busy office administration
  • Other duties as required.
  • Be punctual and reliable and have attention to detail
  • A high level of accuracy, English, and numerical ability are required

Office Administrator - The Package
