Design is at the heart of everything they do, and they're always looking for new ways to push product forward.  They are now looking for an experienced Womenswear Jersey & Nightwear Designer to join their growing team.

Womenswear Jersey & Nightwear Designer - The Role: 

  • Researching fashion, colour, fabric and lifestyle trends to identify new product opportunities.
  • Creating fresh, trend-led Jersey and Nightwear concepts with strong commercial appeal.
  • Developing seasonal ranges, mood boards and customer presentations.
  • Producing CADs, technical packs and detailed design specifications.
  • Working closely with sourcing and product development teams throughout the sampling process.
  • Exploring new fabrics, silhouettes and product ideas to keep our collections moving forward.
  • Presenting concepts and ideas confidently to both internal teams and customers.
  • Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keeping up to date with competitors, retailers and changing customer trends.

Womenswear Jersey & Nightwear Designer - The Candidate:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in womenswear design, ideally within Jersey and/or Nightwear.
  • Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
  • A good understanding of fabrics, garment construction and product development.
  • A commercial eye and the ability to translate trends into sellable product.
  • Confidence in presenting ideas and building strong working relationships.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates both creativity and commercial awareness.
