Our client is a family owned, fast growing business based in Leicester.  They are also Europe's largest licensed apparel and accessories suppliers to high street and online fashion retailers. They are now looking for an Office Administrator to join their team.  The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.

Office Administrator - The Role

  • Working across multi departments in this fast paced fashion supplier
  • Answering of incoming calls and reception duties
  • Ordering of the general office supplies/provisions
  • Receiving post and parcel deliveries.
  • Booking in parcels received via couriers

  • Assist team with various general admin duties
  • Other duties as required which could involve more manual work.

Senior Technical Manager - The role:

  • Recruit, train, motivate and discipline the Garment & Fabric Technical Team, Quality teams as required, to follow all SOP procedures and to communicate effectively to all departments.

  • Conduct factory Technical Audit evaluations on current and proposed factories within the country. Set and manage Corrective Action Plans wherever appropriate and follow up with Code of Practice teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislation at all times.
  • Communicate with suppliers on new technology and on-line tools and platforms to improve efficiencies. Give feedback to Sourcing, Product Development, Merchandising and UK Technology.

Senior Technical Manager - The Candidate:

  • Must have over 10 years’ experience in relevant roles within a sourcing office environment.
  • Experience of working with manufacturers, pattern and garment making.
