Job Description

Our client is a fast growing, privately owned company who direct sell women’s fashion primarily into the UK, Germany and the US. They have ambitious plans for growth including opening further retail outlets in the UK and the US.  With a design studio based in South London, and a Distribution Centre in the Midlands, they employ over 150 people with a turnover in excess of £50m, growing and profitable. The business is run for the long term with a commitment to delivering the best possible products and service to win customer loyalty.
They have a genuine and long-established commitment to understanding the environmental impact as well as the ethical responsibility that comes with running their business. 

They are now seeking a Junior Digital Administrator with strong technical ability and an enthusiasm to learn, reporting to the Head of Digital. 

Junior Digital Administrator - The Role:

  • Creating, supporting and maintaining multiple web sites:
  • UK/DE/US websites
  • Intranet
  • Maintaining/updating image server
  • Setting up products and prices within the system
  • Setting up catalogues/media on in-house software 'AMO'
  • Liaising with external web and AMO teams
  • Liaising with customer success team
  • Liaising with London graphics and marketing teams
  • Enhancing and delivering new capabilities to web/internal applications (new projects)
  • Interpreting website feedback
  • Working with web developers to resolve problem areas
  • In-house IT support, working remotely with external IT support on upgrades, PC set up, printer problem shooting etc
  • Working on the newsletter email platform

Junior Digital Administrator - The Candidate:

  • Must have some previous web building experience and ideally experience of creating and maintaining UK/DE/US websites.
  • Knowledge of e-marketing.
  • Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, VBA and Excel
  • Basic working knowledge of PHP, Javascript, JQuery, SQL
  • Fast and accurate keyboard skills.
  • A meticulous eye for detail, combined with a dedication for orderly, documented, reproducible work. 
  • Aptitude and desire to learn new skills and techniques quickly
  • A self-starter who can work independently as well as very much being a team player.
  • Enthusiastic and driven, always striving to improve. Actively improves personal development, learning from experience.
  • Understands the importance of the functionality of the website and takes a proactive approach to improvements. 

Junior Digital Administrator - The Package:

  • £20000- £25000 DOE
  • Company pension
  • Product discount 
  • Monday - Friday full time
