Design is at the heart of everything they do, and they're always looking for new ways to push product forward.  They are now looking for an experienced Womenswear Soft Woven Designer to join their growing team.

Whether it's the perfect summer dress, a standout blouse or a trend-led beachwear collection, you'll be passionate about creating product that captures the season and inspires customers.

Womenswear Soft Woven Designer   - The Role: 

  • Researching global fashion, colour and lifestyle trends to identify new product opportunities.
  • Creating trend-led Soft Woven collections across Dresses, Blouses and Beachwear.
  • Developing seasonal concepts, mood boards and customer presentations.
  • Designing commercial yet fashion-forward product with a strong understanding of the UK retail market.
  • Working closely with fabric, print and sourcing teams to develop new product ideas.
  • Creating CADs, technical packs and detailed design specifications.
  • Exploring new fabrics, embellishments, print techniques and silhouette developments.
  • Presenting design concepts confidently to customers and internal teams.
  • Managing multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
  • Monitoring competitors, catwalk trends and retail activity to keep collections relevant and inspiring.

Womenswear Soft Woven Designer - The Candidate:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience within womenswear design, ideally specialising in Soft Wovens.
  • Strong experience designing Dresses, Blouses and/or Beachwear.
  • Excellent Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
  • A strong understanding of fabric development, garment construction and print application.
  • A confident eye for colour, trend, silhouette and styling.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate trends into sellable product.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting ideas.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, trend awareness and commercial understanding.
