Head of Product

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded product expert who enjoys building strong customer relationships, inspiring teams and bringing great product to life.
While you'll oversee Jersey, Woven and Knitwear, the role has a particular focus on Jersey and Knitwear.

Head of Product - The Role:

Working closely with our UK customers, design teams and manufacturing partners, you'll:

• Lead product strategy and development across Bangladesh.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and help grow existing and new business.
• Drive innovation, speed to market and commercial product development.
• Work collaboratively with design, merchandising, sourcing, technical and production teams.
• Mentor and develop our talented product team.
• Support customer meetings, presentations and international business development. 

Head of Product - The Candidate:

• Extensive experience within the UK fashion industry.
• A background with a leading UK retailer, brand or sourcing business.
• Strong expertise in Jersey and Knitwear, with knowledge of Woven apparel.
• Excellent commercial, product and sourcing knowledge.
• Natural leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
• A willingness to relocate to Dhaka and travel internationally when required.
• Able to work under pressure and achieve deadlines. A self-starter and problem solver.
